However, for the safety and comfort of all pets, each dog must be friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable around people and other dogs. If a dog shows signs of aggression or unsafe behavior, we may decline or limit service to ensure everyone’s safety.

Of course! Once we’ve met your pup during a first-time ride or meet & greet, we can safely handle pick-up and drop-off while you’re away. Just share any gate code or key spot ahead of time.

Ride and playing times typically range from 2 hours to 4 hours, depending on your location and the number of scheduled pickups or drop-offs along the route. We plan our routes carefully to keep travel time comfortable for every dog.

Yes, we offer small, dog-safe treats during the ride. If your pup has allergies or shouldn’t have treats, just let us know on your form.
